ADMIN ASSISTANT
Responsibilities:
- Handling of all documentation and document flows on a project in accordance with established working routines and project procedures
- This include engineering, supplier, customer provided and manufacturing documents
- Carrying out other documentation tasks as directed by Department Manager
- Governing documents and directions given by Department Manager, Department Project Coordinator or Senior Document Controller.
- Control and carry out work related to documentation workflows on projects
- Ensure that Aker Solutions quality control system is implemented and followed on projects
- Maintenance of project archives when necessary
- Cooperate with Department Manager, Department Project Coordinator and Senior Document Controller and other parties involved in the work related to Document Management in order to ensure that routines and procedures are met according to project as well as internal requirements
- Comply to HSE requirements.
Requirements:
- Familiar with standard Microsoft tools; Outlook, Excel, Word. Preferably good knowledge with the SAP system, or other related PLM system.
